HAMILTON, N.J. (AP) - John McCain, just ahead of tomorrow's multistate voting, says he's confident he'll capture the Republican nomination and later the White House.

Campaigning at a New Jersey fire station, the GOP front-runner said he's ready to lead the nation and motivate all Americans "to serve a cause greater than their self-interest."

Several super-Tuesday states award all their delegates to the winner, and McCain is favored in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware and his home state of Arizona, with 251 delegates combined.
