Spray painting cars for drug awareness.
That was the goal of 150 area middle schoolers who showed up at Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo today.
The kids took information they researched about drugs and went out and spray painted their messages on the cars.
"We let the schools decide the drug they wanted to research. They did the work to find out what's bad about those drugs and why they shouldn't use them," said Carol Allen, the Prevention Specialist for North Heights in Amarillo.
They hope their actions will inspire other kids throughout the area to make good decisions.
