A: We have several program options available. The purpose of the free consultation is to determine which of these programs the best is for you. Your cost will be determined based on your needs. Our fees are very reasonable as we have students as well as professionals on the program.

Q: How long will it take me to get to my goal weight?
A: On the program, you will lose an average of 3 to 5 pounds weekly until you reach your goal weight.

Q: Is your program safe and medically sound?
A: Yes. Our program was created by doctors and has a very good reputation in the medical community. In addition, many of our centers have nurses on staff to assist with specific medical concerns.

Q: What kinds of food do you eat?

Q: Do I have to exercise?
A: Our trained staff will assist you in beginning or maintaining a mild exercise program. Exercise is important because it supports the program's overall goal to increase your metabolism to ensure you reach your goal weight.

Q: Do I have to take pills?
A: Each center offers some natural herbs and vitamins that enhance the program's success. These additional supplements offer a host of benefits that the staff will teach you about. It is up to your discretion if you choose to include herbs and vitamins in your program.

Q: How old do you have to be to participate in the program?
A: Individuals must be at least 16 years old and have parental approval to participate in the program. Individuals whom are 18 years old or older may participate in the program without parental consent.
