Fourteen Swift detainees sentenced

Fourteen ex-Swift employees have now received their penalties for immigration fraud.

A federal judge in Amarillo handed down sentences from six months to a year in prison for the former meat packing workers.

They each pleaded guilty to using false social security cards to gain employment at the Cactus plant.   According to the public defender's office, they'll receive credit for time served since december.

Once their sentences are complete, they'll be deported to their home countries.
