An Amarillo man is helping children who live in orphanages and hospitals in Africa. Many of the kids have HIV or AIDS or lost their parents to AIDS.
Chris Brons is making their lives brighter with coloring books and crayons. His program is called Color Africa. He collects books, crayons, and donations and then ships them to different locations in Africa every month.
He says it may seem simple but to these kids, it means so much. Brons recently came back from Africa and says their smiles are just amazing when they get the coloring books.
