Duo Indicted for Moving Corpse

A grand jury has indicted two men for their involvement in the death another man. 

It was in June of last year when the body of Jon Wade McDaniel was found in the back-seat of a car in north Amarillo. 

Today 52 year old George Lopez and 51 year old James Queen were both indicted for tampering with evidence and injury to a disabled person.

Police belive McDaniel died at another location and the two men moved the body in order to avoid calling the police.
