Indictment in City Worker Death

A man has been indicted in Potter County today in connection with an incident that killed a city of Amarillo employee last September.

40-year old Joe Gonzales was indicted on a charge of intoxication manslaughter.

Investigators claim Gonzales had been drinking when his car struck and killed 51-year old Juan Arredondo as he was working on a city sewer line.

A trial date has not yet been set in the case.
