3 Teens Arrested for Starting Wildfire

Three juveniles have been arrested and referred to the Potter County juvenile probation for allegedly starting a grass fire in east Amarillo this week. 

Tthat is the word from Amarillo fire marshall's tonight.

As we first told you on Monday, it took firefighters four hours to extinguish this grass fire that burned close to 100 acres near the Highland Park school.

On Tuesday, the fire marshall's office determined that the fire had been intentionally set.

The teens are facing charges of arson, which is a second-degree felony.
