Peanut Butter Recall Costly for ConAgra

The peanut butter maker linked to almost 300 cases of salmonella poisoning across the U.S. is now saying the recall may cost them as much as 60 million dollars. 
   

Conagra foods has recalled all Peter Pan and great value peanut butter made at a Georgia packing plant.
    

They will know exactly how the recall will affect the company's earnings by the end of March.
    

The Centers for Disease Control says no deaths have been reported from the salmonella outbreak...14 people in the state of Texas have reported salmonella symptoms.
  

There are no cases of salmonella reported in the Amarillo area.
