Cantaloupe Recalled

Yesterday it was peanut butter...tonight, it is cantaloupe.
Dole is recalling more than six-thousand cartons of the imported fruit after tests came back positive for salmonella.

They were distributed to wholesalers in the eastern U.S. between February 5th and February 8th.

Consumers with questions should call the store where they bought the cantaloupes or contact Dole.

This is the second food recall for Dole foods this year.

Back in September Dole pulled bagged spinich from store shelves after some where found to be tainted with deadly e-coli.
