Jury to Decide Kidnapper's Penalty

A Randall County jury continues to deliberate at this hour on the penalty for an Amarillo kidnapping case.    

43-year-old Jack Jordan was found guilty of aggravated robbery and the kidnapping of Amarillo doctor Steven Berk.
  

It was back in March 2005 when Berk was kidnapped from his home.
  

Jordan forced berk to drive around town getting money before dropping him off unharmed in Bushland.

Jury Selection Begins for Kidnapping Trial
Jury selection is wrapping up in Randall County in the kidnapping trial of Jack Jordan. Jordan is accused of walking into a local doctor's home...pointing a gun in his face and kidnapping him. He was indicted back in June 2005 on one count of aggravated kidnapping. Testimony will begin...
