Customer Service Professionals
After completing 6-8 weeks of training, you will be taking inbound calls for service requests to annuity policies. Individuals need to have excellent computer skills, be able to work between the hours of 8am and 6 pm. and work in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent customer service orientation and the ability to work in multiple computer screens simulteously. Must be able to type a minimum of 45 words per minute.
These positions require a high school diploma or equivalent with some clerical experience.
