Teen Flasher Charges with Delinquent Conduct

An area teen accused of exposing himself to young children went before a judge to hear the charge against him today. 

The Perryton Junior high student faces a charge of "delinquent conduct" stemming from his service as a teacher's aide at a Perryton pre-school.     

He has been transferred to a special disciplinary school and was released into the custody of his parents after the hearing.

A judge is set to decide next month whether the thirteen-year-old indeed exposed himself to pre-school children.
