Two Clovis people are found guilty on charges of child pornography and sexual exploitation.
Rocky Fleming, was found guilty in 2004 of five counts of Manufacturing Child Pornography and was sentenced in November of 2004 to thirty-five years in prison.
Peggy Baker was convicted of five counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children (Manufacturing) - Conspiracy, and one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Child Under 16 by Prostitution.
According to District Attorney Matthew Chandler the pair were caught after Rocky Fleming was treated at High Plains Medical Center for a gun shot wound.
Fleming told officers he did not know who shot him, and when police searched his home they uncovered evidence that he had photographed and video taped young girls under the age of 18.
