Dozens of suspects arrested in connection to an illegal immigration raid at the Swift plant in Cactus have waived their hearings.
53 suspects were set to go before a federal judge this morning for a second appearance.
But NewsChannel 10 found out their lawyers have advised them against it.
We spoke with a court clerk official who tells us lawyers can now file to dismiss the criminal complaints... Or detainees could go before a grand jury within the next 30 days.
The suspects received criminal charges last week relating to identity fraud and immigration violations.
