Developer Pleads Not Guilty to Manipulating Deposits

A Bushland developer accused of manipulating bank deposits so they would not have to be reported to the government has pleaded not guilty.

Paul David Gillette pleaded not guilty to the 46-counts at an arraignment hearing in Magistrate Court.

The investigation is also reportedly linked to a separate drug conspiracy investigation.
