Pediatrician's Want Feds to Limit Kids Ads

The American Academy of Pediatrics wants more government bans and restrictions on television advertisements aimed at teens and children.

According to officials, children are targeted by 40-thousand television commercials a year and three-thousand each day.

The Academy recommends limiting television ads to 12 minutes per hour and banning commercials promoting junk food and fast food in programs for young children.
