No More Saturdays for Seniors Center

Cutting back on expenses has led the Amarillo Senior Citizens Center to close its' doors on Saturdays.

Those in charge at the center say utility bills were getting too high, and there wasn't enough participation to keep the facility open.

The center has been closed Saturdays for the last two weekends.

The board of directors plans to revisit the issue in January.
