The holiday travel season is about to take off... and the Transportation Security Administration wants to make sure you know what you need to do to bring toiletry items on board a plane.
Liquids, creams, gels and aerosols are permitted in no more than 3 ounces or less travel containers. And they must be packed in a quart sized clear plastic bag.
TSA has these measures in place to keep passengers safe, and get them through security in a timely manner.
Over the counter medications are allowed as well, but they need to be declared before going through security checkpoints.
