Still No Resolution in Harrington Trust Dispute

The struggle to keep Sybil B. Harrington trust money in the panhandle remains unresolved.  

A hearing just wrapped up for today, but a decision on how to distribute the money has not been reached. The trust was set-up to fund chariites in Texas and Maricopa County Arizona.  
 

The case will decide if Harrington trustees are following the orders of where the trust money should go and if it being done fairly. The Texas Attorney General's office is asking that the money stop being sent out of state.
  

Harrington trust lawyers say that would violate the late Sybil Harrington's wishes... That some of the money must be sent to Arizona. 

The hearing will continue tomorrow morning, News Channel 10 will continue to bring you the latest on this developing story.
