A former soldier from Amarillo, accused of posing as an officer, is facing charges in Kansas.

Investigators say Roderick Wright II posed as a Second Lieutenant at Fort Leavenworth, and demanded an officer's pay.

The 32 year old also faces charges of stalking a female officer candidate.  Authorities say they found photos of the woman's home along with a  night vision device, a police emergency light and handcuffs in his car. They also reportedly found a loaded pistol, stun gun and a machete.

Wright  was thrown out of the officer candidate school and discharged from the Army for misconduct, which included stalking allegations.
