4 Portales residents facing charges for suspected meth trafficking operation

Four people in Portales now face charges after police say they busted a suspected meth trafficking operation today.

Roosevelt County Sheriff's deputies searched a house in the 1600 block of South Globe looking for stolen property and a man with an outstanding warrant. 

During the search, they arrested Ruben Lozano, Briana Parrish, Ronnie Lujan and Ramon Lozano.

They face various charges ranging from trafficking methamphetamine, possession of stolen property and possession of firearms.

The case remains under investigation, and more charges are pending.
