AMARILLO, TX (KFDA) - Amarillo Animal Management and Welfare is hosting a series of meetings to inform the public on proposed ordinance changes in the city.
The proposed changes range from spaying and neutering laws to breeder's license regulations to increasing the stray hold in city shelters.
Meetings will be held around the city at Amarillo Public Library locations.
The public is invited to attend the following times and dates:
- Wednesday, May 30, 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
Northwest Branch Library,
6100 W. 9th Ave.
- Thursday, May 31, 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Southwest Branch Library
6801 W. 45th Ave.
- Wednesday, June 6, 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Downtown Branch Library
413 E. 4th Ave
