POTTER COUNTY, TX (KFDA) - Two men are behind bars after a Potter County deputy accused them of transporting $1.5 million of cocaine.
A complaint filed in federal court on Wednesday said the deputy pulled over a Mercedes on Tuesday.
After a K9 unit alerted on the vehicle, the complaint said the deputy found thirty-six pounds of the illegal drug hidden in a compartment under the driver's seat.
The two men in the vehicle, Christopher Lorick and William Davis, were arrested on charges of possession with intent to distribute five or more kilograms of cocaine.
The case is being investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
