AMARILLO, TX (KFDA) - Four people have been indicted for a March shooting that left two injured.
In March, police recovered 24 cartridges were recovered from a southwest Amarillo neighborhood. Police had been called to the scene after receiving a call about an aggravated assault, but details were limited at that time.
Two men were taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds that were not life threatening.
On April 18, Melchor James Vences, Angelo Joseph Palma-Esquivel, Brooklyn Marie Turner and Israel Juan Baca were each indicted by a Randall County Grand Jury on three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Vences, Esquivel, Palma and Turner were then arrested at a home on the 3600 block of Center Avenue that same day.
On April 26, APD SWAT members spotted Baca driving near the 3900 block of Linda Drive and took him into custody.
All four have been booked into the Randall County Jail to await trial.
