POTTER COUNTY, TX (KFDA) -

Authorities say the motorcycle featured in a recent 'Crime of the Week' has been recovered.

The Potter County Sheriff's Office and Amarillo Crime Stoppers were seeking the motorcycle after its driver, Justin McIntire, allegedly reached speeds of more than 100 miles per hour before assaulting a county deputy trying to pull him over.

The deputy sustained injuries to his foot during the incident and has since recovered.

The bike was found parked at a restaurant in the 4000 block of SE 10th Avenue Wednesday evening and was later impounded.

McIntire faces aggravated assault on a public servant and evading arrest charges.
