AMARILLO, TX (KFDA) - Amarillo police are investigating a shooting in east Amarillo that left one woman with serious injuries.
The Amarillo Police Department says it is currently searching for a 35-year-old black male who may have been dating the victim, only identified as a 40-year-old black woman. The shooting occurred Friday evening in the 2900 block of South Woodland Street.
The victim was taken to a hospital with serious injuries to her upper body but is reportedly in stable condition.
