AMARILLO, TX (KFDA) - An aggravated robbery at a south Amarillo home, leads Amarillo Police officers to arrest four men. The incident happened Friday in the 4400 block of South Parker.
Police say a victim had gone to a residence in the block to visit with a friend, 20-year-old Jesse Albert Meyer. When the victim was in the house he was met by 17-year-old's Bol Marko Deng and Brendon Kavon Peoples.
APD officers say Deng and Peoples pulled a gun on the victim and took his belongings. The victim was able to get out of the residence with out injuries and called to report the crime.
Officers arrived on scene and arrested both Deng and Peoples for Aggravated Robbery.
Further investigation showed Meyer had 6 local municipal warrants through the City of Amarillo, and police arrested him.
Police also say 18-year-old Jared Wade Johnston was in the residence and attempted to prevent officers from completing their investigation at the residence. He was arrested for Interference with the Duties of a Public Servant. Police say he was in possession of marijuana.
All four subjects were booked into the Randall County Jail.
