AMARILLO, TX (KFDA) - Amarillo police are searching for two suspects they believe assaulted a man at Eastridge Park.

On Sept. 28, at approximately 5:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to 1314 Evergreen after reports of a man on the ground in the park.

Officers arrived to find citizens providing first aid to 30-year-old Jamor Lee, and then called the Special Crime Unit to help investigate.

Lee was transported to a local hospital where he later died.

Witnesses said that 2 Burmese males assaulted the victim, and then left the scene in what is believed to be a red Ford SUV.

The suspect vehicle was last seen leaving the scene heading southbound on Gardenia.

An autopsy is scheduled for Sept. 29 at 8:45 a.m. in Lubbock.

Police believe this is one of the suspects involved in this incident.
