Police seek home invasion robbery suspects

AMARILLO, TX (KFDA) -

The search is on for 5 suspects in Amarillo after a man is robbed and stuffed in a closet.

Early Sunday afternoon, a man living in the 1800 block of S. Milam woke up to 5 strangers in his house standing over him. Three men and two women were holding him at gunpoint while they took multiple items, including electronics and firearms.

After binding the victim with duct tape, the group left him in a closet. Police say the man was not injured.

The females involved are said to be black women, one with blue colored hair down to her chest and the other with reddish-blonde hair and around 5' 8".

A possible suspect vehicle is a newer model blue Nissan or Ford 2-door car with a spoiler and a sunroof.
