AMARILLO, TX (KFDA) - Two Amarillo residents say they were forced into their home's bathroom and robbed at gunpoint early Monday, according to the Amarillo Police Department.
Police say they are looking for the suspects involved, described only as two Hispanic males driving a red or dark-colored SUV.
Officers were dispatched to a home in the 400 block of S. Virginia around 1:30 Monday morning. A male resident there told police he went outside the home when he heard dogs barking nearby. He said he was then confronted by the suspects, who had parked in the alley behind the home. The two men reportedly forced him back inside and put him and a female resident inside the bathroom.
A flat-screen TV, game consoles, money, and cell phones were all reported as stolen. Nobody was injured.
