Amarillo, TX - In a traffic stop Wednesday, Texas state troopers say they discovered more than 20 pounds of marijuana.
Just before 6:30 p.m. on Interstate 40 near Conway, troopers say they stopped a pick-up driven by 50 year-old Frank Coronado of Turlock, California.
Troopers say they found four gift-wrapped boxes containing bundles of marijuana, as well as several more large bundles stashed inside the spare tire underneath the vehicle.
All together, troopers say the drugs are worth more than $120,000.
Coronado is charged with felony possession of marijuana.
Troopers believe the drugs were being taken from California to Oklahoma City.
