Fritch Fall Festival aims to beautify city

Fritch, TX -  The community of Fritch came together Saturday to celebrate fall and raise money for their city.

Project Fritch America hosted its first Fall Festival.

The event included a corn maze, games, a chili cook-off and a hayride.

All money raised from the festival will help the organization in its goal to beautify Fritch.

"It actually gives us money, that way if someone needs a ramp built or a lawn mowed it actually gives us the money to do all of those things," said Project Fritch America Board Director Stacy McFall.

The organization will also use the money to paint buildings and pick up trash.

McFall said she hopes future events like this will continue to boost morale in Fritch.
