Movie nights in Amarillo

Amarillo, TX - In a way to promote the Multi Purpose Event Venue, the Amarillo Millennial Movement hosted a movie night.

They showed The Sandlot on the Potter County Courthouse Lawn Saturday evening. This was a free event with activities and popcorn.

Voter registration was also available at the event. The vote for the MPEV is on November 3rd.

There was another movie showing Saturday night, but this one was at the Globe News Center. It's called Unbranded, an independent documentary about four cowboys who ride 3,000 miles from the border of Mexico to the border of Canada.

A Q&A and book signing followed after the movie.
