Three arrested in connection to delivery robbery

AMARILLO - Three suspects are under arrest for their possible role in a recent robbery, according to the Amarillo Police Department.

Officials say James Lewis, Jeffrey Thetford, and Brandon Kelly are being held on aggravated robbery charges. Police say the three 18-year-olds are suspects in the robbery of a pizza delivery driver late Wednesday evening.

A witness to that crime was able to identify possible suspects out of a photographic lineup.

All three were later arrested at the Brighton Court Apartments on robbery warrants Friday, according to the APD.

Two other delivery drivers have been robbed at that apartment complex this week, however, police say the suspects are only being charged with the most recent incident on N. Adams St.

Police say they will continue to investigate all incidents.
