Clovis, TX -  A Clovis man was sentenced to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to aggravated burglary.

In March of last year, 30 year-old Joshua Mondragon and another man broke into a victim's home and attacked him with a pool stick, brass knuckles and a broom.

The two men then stole the victim's truck, television and cell phone.

Judge Drew Tatum found that Mondragon is an habitual offender which enhanced the sentenced by one year.
