Traffic headed north on I-27 was delayed temporarily after a truck caught fire this morning just after eleven.
It happened near the sundown lane exit when a truck headed north caught fire.The owner of the car was able to pull to the side of the road and get out of the vehicle safely. Several fireworks could be heard going off inside the car before it was put out.
Fire fighters were able to put out the fire before it spread an have not determined a cause.
