TAMPA, Fla., July 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Trans Marine Propulsion Systems, Inc. (TMPS), known worldwide for its diesel engine service and engineering division, today announced that Chuck Kissee has joined its leadership team as the Director of Business Development.

"TMPS is excited to have Chuck leading the expansion in our diesel engine sales division," said Shane Roeser, TMPS President. "Chuck has years of strategic partnerships and experience selling diesel engines. I knew from our first meeting he would be a solid addition to our team and would support our efforts in sales for the Anglo Belgian Corporation diesel engine line."

TMPS has been the United States sales and service center for Anglo Belgian Corporation (ABC) since 2013.

"ABC has been manufacturing diesel engines since 1912 and was one of the first licensees for Rudolf Diesel's engine design. They have a reputation for building robust engines, with low fuel / lube oil consumption and life cycle costs," said Kissee. "ABC has 24 engine deliveries for the North American market this year, but that is just the beginning."

Prior to joining TMPS, Kissee spent eight years working for Fairbanks Morse, developing and implementing sales strategies that resulted in an over 128% increase in engine sales. Prior to Fairbanks Morse, he spent six years worked for MAN Diesel North America, focusing on sales for the company's medium speed diesel engines.
