Rachel Gilmore Promotes Healthy Living with Summertime 30-Day Weight Loss Challenge

Posted: Updated:
To encourage healthier living this summer, nutrition and health professional Rachel Gilmore introduces an easy and affordable 30-Day Weight Loss Challenge.

Lake Wylie, South Carolina, July 7, 2014 — At this point in the summer, many Americans striving to get in better shape will probably find themselves hitting a few obstacles. For instance, one recent FitSugar article reveals some of the most tempting summer foods that can prevent individuals from achieving weight loss goals. Whether one is searching for a new diet or a different perspective to break a summer health plateau, fitness and nutrition coach Rachel Gilmore has a unique solution—the 30-Day Weight Loss Challenge.

Starting July 14, participants who sign up for the 30-Day Weight Loss Challenge will be able to make meal planning easy under the guidance of Gilmore. She adds, “This weight loss challenge is an incredible opportunity for individuals to not only eat healthier and shed pounds for swimsuit season, it is also a chance to build confidence and learn the tools necessary to carry healthy living practices into the months after summer.”

The 30-Day Weight Loss Challenge is a popular program Gilmore has used in the past to motivate clients to achieve goal weights and appreciate fitness. The program is easy to get started—and is affordable on many levels. To get started, participants only need to purchase the 30-Day Cleansing and Fat Burning System from Isagenix. This system is designed to replace two meals a day, saving participants on nutritional planning costs and the time it takes to follow a new diet. In addition, Gilmore offers her services free of charge as an expert coach providing extensive weight loss plans and meal planning solutions.

Unlike many other diet solutions, the 30-Day system used throughout the weight loss challenge is all organic and gluten-free, an encouraging, natural nutrition plan to help participants adopt a more natural, less-processed dietary regimen.

The 30-Day Weight Loss Challenge is not only designed to help participants reach their goal weight for the summer season; the competition will also offer cash prizes to those who excel.
