Clovis, NM - A Clovis man faces a minimum of 22 years in prison after being found guilty of drug trafficking charges.

The Curry County Jury found Scott Foster guilty of trafficking controlled substances and conspiracy to traffic controlled substances.

The District Attorney's offices says the 38 year old has two previous drug trafficking convictions. As a result, he faces anywhere from 22 to 39 years in prison.

Officials say Foster set up a sale of crack cocaine with a confidential informant as part of a drug sting in 2012.
