Push to ban E-Cigarette use with minors

Kyle, TX- A Texas county is becoming one of the first in the lone star state to ban e-cigarettes to minors. It's a bold move that has yet to be seen in Texas as officials in Hays county push to ban E-Cigs to minors.

Unlike other efforts to ban these among youth, city officials say this idea to keep E-Cigs away from young people actually started with the students themselves at the local high schools. This all follows reports that the FDA is considering future action like this, but there is no timetable scheduled.

Officials with the City of Kyle say they decided to take action at the city level instead while this issue remains in limbo to get kids accustomed to the ban if it passes. The Kyle city council is expected to approve the ban next week since it is not finding hardly any opposition even from smoke shops.
