Pampa shooting victim in stable condition

A woman is recovering in Amarillo after an early-morning shooting in Pampa.

Police say they found the 51 year-old victim just after 4:30 Friday morning in the 100 block of South Sumner, with a gunshot wound to the head.
   
She was air-lifted to an Amarillo hospital where she is listed in stable condition.
   
Police say they have identified the suspect, but no arrest has been made at this time.

    Around 3 p.m. Saturday, a man was pronounced dead after a wreck involving two motorcycles. Police say two men were traveling south on the Canyon E-way near the Hillside exit when one of the motorcycles stuck the back of a Toyota Camry. One male killed and the other motorcycle driver was taken to the hospital. Both the driver and the passenger in the Toyota were also taken to the hospital with minor injures.
