Community helps to "Stamp Out Hunger"

Posted: Updated:
Helping feed the community was the mission of one group as bags of food were collected and donated to the High Plains Food Bank.

On Saturday, local mail carries doubled their loads and picked up the donated non-perishable food items that people left out by their mail boxes.

The annual event is also a national one that helps feed millions of Americans.
