Toot 'n Totum robbery suspect in custody

Amarillo, TX - A man is in jail after being arrested for aggravated robbery.
 
At around 3:00 Tuesday afternoon Amarillo police say they arrested 27 year old Fausto Rivera Jr. in the attic of a home in the 2600 block of south Washington Street.

Rivera is suspected of demanding money and cigarettes with a knife at the Toot 'n Totum on South Washington Street.
   
He has been booked into the Randall County Jail.
