NEW YORK, May 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- BBDO won more awards than any other agency network at the 2014 Facebook Studio Awards. Now in its third year, the Facebook Studio Awards recognize excellence in creating more engaging, delightful experiences for people, and helping to make Facebook an even more powerful platform for advertisers. Jury members are selected from Facebook's Creative Council and winners are judged based on a combination of craft and execution, scale and targeting, and business results.
This year, entries were received from 80 different countries. Only 15 awards were given out. BBDO agencies won three. No other agency network won more than one.
Colenso BBDO and AIM Proximity in New Zealand won one of the competition's highest honors – a Blue Trophy for Best Goodwill Marketing for its "Trial by Timeline" campaign for Amnesty International. The agencies also shared another award: Silver for "The Smart Phone Line" for Samsung New Zealand. Clemenger BBDO in Melbourne was the other BBDO agency winner, earning Silver for "FootifyFM" for Australia National Bank.
Earlier this year, BBDO was also recognized as the most awarded agency network in the world in digital in The Gunn Report for a second year in a row.
