A grim discovery is made at high school in San Antonio Monday morning, leading to the arrest of a teenage boy.
Monday was a tense day for students and faculty at a San Antonio high school as a student was found with weapons. The student, who is in police custody has been identified as 17-year-old Brendan Tarwater.
He is being charged with possession of a weapon in a prohibited place and making a terroristic threat. Both these charges are third-degree felonies.
According to reports, the student told police officers that it was his intention to go over the intercom with a list of demands and if they were not met then he would act.
The campus was placed on lock down after 10 a.m. while authorities conducted an investigation.
