Amarillo, TX - Two men who were arrested in connection the Mexican Drug Cartel sting in September have been sentenced Friday.
Bobby Holman and Joey Vallejo both pleaded guilty to drug related charges.
Holman has been sentenced to four years in prison for conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute more than 500 grams of cocaine.
Vallejo pleaded guilty to similar distribution charges for more than 50 grams of methamphetamine, and has been sentenced to seven and a half years.
It's been just about 6 months since 13 people were arrested after a nearly two year investigation by the FBI, DEA and Amarillo Police.
Now that Holman and Vallejo have been sentenced, Omar Mendoza is the last of the thirteen to hear his punishment. Mendoza is expected in court in march.
