Amarillo, TX - Two teenagers are placed behind bars following an armed robbery in south Amarillo Thursday night.
Police say an Amarillo teen was selling some video games with his father to people he knew from school outside of their apartment on the 3500 block of Mockingbird.
According to police, when the father and son approached the vehicle, a suspect pointed a handgun at the victim and took his cell phone. The suspects are said to have then followed the victims back to their apartment and demanded more property, before the victims were able to lock the suspects outside.
Police arrested 17 year-old James Chambers, and another 16 year-old suspect on aggravated robbery charges.
