Driver runs red light, rolls vehicle on Amarillo Blvd

Amarillo, TX - A driver is injured in a rollover accident Tuesday morning in Amarillo.

Police say the driver of an SUV was traveling east on Amarillo Boulevard when the wreck happened at around 11:30 a.m.

According to officers on the scene, the SUV driver ran a red light while crossing Pierce Street, and clipped a truck which caused her vehicle to flip onto its top.

Police say the SUV driver suffered minor injuries in the crash.
