Amarillo, TX - An area teen is killed early Sunday morning after he and his passenger rolled a pickup while trying to make it side skid down the road.

It happened Sunday morning about 4:30 just east of Hereford. Police say 19-year-old Garrett Byers was driving the pickup on CR 7 when he intentionally tried to make it go into a side skid.
